Creating a Lead

Creating a lead refers to establishing a connection between business and individual customer phone numbers so that you can communicate with them through the WhatsApp platform. This involves the customer initiating a conversation by messaging your business, or your business proactively contacting the customer after they have opted-in to receive messages.

📋 How to Create Contacts in Triochat

Contacts in Triochat can be created through the below mentioned ways:

✅ Single contact creation
✅ Bulk contact import

👤 Single Lead Creation

To create a single lead, click on "Create Lead". A side window will open prompting you to add the details to create the lead:

📝 Required Information:

📛 Name - Customer's full name
📱 Phone - Customer's phone number
📧 Email - Customer's email address
🏷️ Tags - Organize contacts with relevant tags
ℹ️ Other details - Additional customer information

Once you fill in all the required details, the lead will be created and added to your contact database.

📊 Bulk Lead Import

To import leads in bulk to Triochat, you have to click on "Import". You can upload a file to Triochat containing multiple contact records.

📁 Import Process:

Step 1: 🔧 Click on the "Import" button in your Triochat dashboard

Step 2: 📎 Select and upload your contact file

Step 3: ⏳ Wait for the system to process your bulk import

Step 4: ✅ Verify that all contacts have been successfully imported
