Analytics Dashboards
You can access Analytics from the left navigation bar. Once opened, you can switch between four dedicated dashboards:
- Messages Analytics
- Contacts Analytics
- Conversation Analytics
- Campaigns Analytics

Each dashboard is designed to help both new and experienced users quickly understand what the data represents and how to use it to improve customer communication and operational efficiency.
