📨 How to Send Bulk Messages

Step 1: Access Campaigns

📍 Click on Campaigns from the left navigation bar.

At this window, you will find all the campaigns you've created previously. The dashboard includes comprehensive details such as:

✅ Campaign status
👥 Target audience
⏰ Schedule time
⚙️ Available actions

💡 Pro Tip: Click on any existing campaign to view detailed insights including performance overview, campaign statistics, campaign details, and reply history.

Step 2: Create New Campaign

🎯 Click the "Create Campaign" button at the top right corner.

Step 3: Campaign Details

📝 Fill in the essential campaign information:

Campaign Name - Choose a descriptive, memorable name
Description - Provide clear context about the campaign purpose
Goals - Define what you want to achieve

Step 4: Select Templates

Choose your preferred option:

✨ Create New Template - Design a fresh template for this campaign

Step 5: Choose Your Audience

👥 Click "Next" to select your target audience.

Triochat offers two easy ways to define your broadcast audience:

🎯 Choice 1: Use Segments

Select an existing segment you've created before
OR create a new segment by clicking "Create Segment"

📄 Choice 2: Upload Lead File

Click "Upload Leads" if you have a specific contact list
Simply drag and drop your contact file

Step 6: Schedule Your Campaign

⏰ Choose your preferred delivery timing:

🚀 Send Immediately	Deliver your message as soon as you launch the campaign
📅 Schedule for Later	Set a specific date and time (Indian Standard Time) for delivery

Step 7: Final Review & Launch

🔍 Click "Next" to preview all your campaign information.

Final Check:

✅ Campaign details are correct
✅ Template looks good
✅ Audience is properly selected
✅ Schedule is set as desired
