    • It will save your current draft
    • You can edit and duplicate the draft form
    • ⚠️ Note: These draft forms cannot be sent further to the customers
  2. After creating the form, click on the "Publish Form" button to make it available for sharing with customers

    • The published form can then be shared either through a separate message template or via bulk messaging campaigns
    • You can edit the form after publishing; however, any changes require republishing the form to update the live version
    • Additionally, you have the option to deprecate a published form, which disables it from being sent to customers further

📨 Create a Message Template for WhatsApp Forms

Once the form is created, the next step is to create a message template for that form. This process allows you to send the form as an approved message through the Triochat.

Step 1: Access Message Templates Section

Navigate to the Message Templates area in your Triochat dashboard. This section manages all pre-approved template messages that can be sent proactively to users.

Step 2: Initiate Template Creation

Click on the option to create a new message template. You will be prompted to define the template's details such as category (e.g., marketing, utility), language, and template name.

Step 3: Design the Template Body with Form Elements

Compose the message content to include prompts and placeholders for the form inputs. Depending on supported interactive features, you can add buttons, quick replies, or dropdown menus that guide users in filling out the form in the chat. Ensure the structure matches the form's intended flow.

Step 4: Submit for WhatsApp Approval

Once designed, submit the template to WhatsApp for review. The approval process typically takes a few hours to a day, during which WhatsApp verifies that the template complies with their policies and guidelines.

Step 5: Post-Approval Use

After approval, the template can be sent to prompt users to fill out the form. It can be sent separately or through bulk messaging.
