Just like you react to messages on WhatsApp with emojis, Triochat now lets you do the same! Whether it's a thumbs up, heart, or laugh, you can quickly express how you feel about any message with a simple tap. It's a fun and easy way to respond without typing a word—making your chats more interactive and expressive.
An interesting feature that Triochat offers is Private notes. Notes that are visible only to your team and not to the customer. Click here to enable private note mode. Notice how the colour changes to yellow here. This confirms that you are in the private notes mode now. Add the notes and press enter and your private notes will appear in the chat screen. Click here again to disable the private notes mode.
Each message or conversation supports a set of actions accessible via the three-dot menu at the top right corner of the chat screen.
Pin Conversation: Pin important conversations to keep them at the top of your chat list for easy access. Pinned chats feature is very useful when you want to mark a chat for follow up.
Delete Conversation: Permanently remove a chat from your chat history. Confirmation required before deletion.
Mark as Resolved: Mark the conversation as resolved/closed, moving it out of the active chat queue.
Assign chat is crucial for a smoothly functioning shared inbox, facilitating teamwork and improving efficiency by distributing tasks effectively. With Triochat, you have the flexibility to assign chats to Users, Team, or to a Bot created within the system.
Assign chats to team members and add context via private notes for seamless transitions. If a chat is assigned to a team, all team members will be able to see and respond to a chat.
