Click Add to Chrome to install the extension.

Once added, you'll see the Triochat icon appear in your Chrome toolbar.

Click Generate New Token (top-right corner).

If you don't see the template you need, go to Message Template in the Triochat app to create a new one. Templates help maintain a consistent brand voice and reduce typing errors. Make sure your message content matches the purpose of your campaign.

When prompted, add variables such as the recipient's Name or Order ID by referencing the corresponding cell in your spreadsheet. This allows Triochat to automatically pull in each recipient's details and customize every message.
